So here is how my week started, a garage full of cabinets and a map. Here is where we are tonight! Progress, all be it slow as I was gone most of the day today teaching. And you know summer is here if I am brewing tea! I sure miss sun tea in the winter!

Keep in mind that I know exactly squat about rebuilding engines... but @memike and @toolmanmike have good threads that I've read through.

I'd still like to know what is up with the MOPAR small block build book that was written by Don Taylor being so dang expensive?

'Cause its out of print. Amzon and some sellers dont know the diffeence between out of print, rare, and so rare people will pay those prices.
Keep looking around. Ebay, ABE Books, etc.
That's how I got a copy at reasonable price.

Check ABE, and there's some others too but I can't remember them right now.
Have Ray do a tempest search?
Put a wanted ad out here?
Any used bookstores in range?

Dave mapes has done pretty well with Maryland Performance Center for modified builds. Not sure that would be a place for a stock rebuild. maybe Pittsburgeracer has some suggestions.

Should be the same from firewall forward. I do have 64 production records from Windsor showing V8 numbers so should not require any changes

Some place I read the early As didn't have room for the v-8. First year with v-8 (which I don't remember what year that was) required firewall mods.
