Smoking like crazy. Fuel smoke. Idling high, 1500 rpms.they usually idle around 900. Thing ran great in the donor truck, I even drove the donor truck for half an hour before we pulled it,

I’m thinking a big vaccum leak might cause it but I don’t recall the Cummins usually vaccum as an idle control

I would say it was the person who swapped the engine is the problem...
