Stop in for a cup of coffee

doc asked if I had passed out from high blood pressure. got me checking it now and start a walking routine
108/72. That’s what my blood pressure was at the hospital.

They think it was either me choking out on water or the combination of barely being hydrated cause I struggle to keep it down or lack of food may have caused it. I’ve barely been able to eat since Tuesday

Hope you start to get back to normal soon Chris.

Chinese it is. I don't feel like cooking tonight.
Hot and sour soup, beef and vegetables, and chicken fried rice.

what a way to fast. learned that the monks that fasted for 40 days did not drink water...it was beer! more nutritious! also why at the time they were such good brewers.

I'm normally 110/70
Last few weeks though it's been more like 90/55.
They are telling me it's because of the meds they put me on the last few weeks and it's a normal reaction.

lol yeah. I’m surviving on smoothies occasionally which have Protein powders.

Funny thing is: put my Guard uniform on me, my BP instantly rises to 145/90 on average. Another reason it’s time to retire

Guy that bought my lift was shooting for 8th for disassembly/pick-up so I moved everything around, put the Ramcharger in the garage and kicked the wifes car out in driveway (she agreed). He calls me today, can't get both sons this Sat, moved to next Sat so re-shuffle try it again on 15th. I should put the Duster back on the lift and get the gas tank in it, may do that this weekend.

We went out for dinner. Place called MexItaly - as it sounds has dual menu. I did pork enchiladas and she had a seafood quesadilla. Also had a couple of there own in house brews. Everything was really good. Sorry no pics, I was really hungry.
