Stop in for a cup of coffee

Right, that is my issue, the tractor is not calling for regen and I want to force it into a regen. Looks like I am going to putz around at low rpm and accelerate the need to regen. In theory once I regen the brain will lift the limp mode
If its reduced power and not calling for regen, then its some other issue. If a guy could only read/reset the codes life would be so much easier.

Did you disconnect battery in an attempt to set things straight? If not, doesent hurt to try it.

Do you not have a regen switch? All of ours that had the regen mode had a manual switch

And just to finish off the day, power is out. Yay…from the outage map, its a big area

Just saw the ad for this...

Power resumed. Got balance of shop cleaning done, need to put a few things away in the morning, its never been this clean-ish..

a 62 Catalina 421 SD with 4-speed would be my dream car, 2 door sedan type. or just put that driveline in a 63 Tempest. either one would work.
My first car 62 Bonneville convertible. 389 tri power 4spd. $75.00.
Blown trans. Dad pulled it home with a chain in his 59 Caddy.
Good times. I miss him and that car.

well this was fun...some unnamed person here (cause I forgot who posted it), suggested draining the water heater. last time I did that, I ended up mopping up 1/2 of the basement floor. this time, I figured I would run the drain hose thru a divided bucket and put a piece of cement on top that came out of a washing machine. nice and heavy, not going anywhere. I slowly opened the valve and kept checking to see that the water was draining into the sump pit. little bit more each time and kept checking. quite laughing, I'm not done telling my story yet. figured I may as well give it full throttle cause it's been fine so far. well, it only took half a dozen steps to see that the hose removed itself from it's nestling spot, managed to move about four feet back from where it was, lodged itself between the wash tub and washing machine...straight up! I grabbed it, aimed it back towards the pit and hollered for my wife. I waited...and waited (good thing it wasn't an emergency). I placed the cement block on the hose and watched. it slowly inched up but I had time to dash and give the shut-off a half turn to stop the gushing water, well, the hot water heater is flushed, the basement wall is washed, the floor under the kitchen is washed...I hope you weren't drinking anything and reading this. after mopping again, the fan and dehumidifier are on. third times the charm! I'm going to put a nozzle with shut-off on the end off the hose for next years draining.

Ugh!

The wrong kind is water sports!

I bought a specific hose for high temp/hot water because the standard water hose would collapse or get funky when I drained the water heater.

oh great! that will be the next explosion. guess I better look into that before putting a shut-off on it. yup, I can see the water going everywhere when the pressure/heat build up
