This is disheartening..my Brothers place is out that way. He was evacuated hours ago. Something else just lit up.

The wife is still at work. She left here at 6:30. Farm girl, hard worker. Everywhere but home. LMAO.

Sorry Mike, Hard to answer to that but I understand.
I have some 2 and 3 year old stout and Octoberfest that may still be good but I don't want to share it unless it's good.

Sorry Chris but I hate goats and a hurst would be the best getting rid of them delivery truck. Just my 2 cents.
They’re stupid and not for everyone. They drive me crazy, but they’re making me big money at a fraction of the input cost of other livestock so I can live with it.

Right now, a 75 pound goat taken to feedlot is netting me 7-8 bucks per pound. Roughly 5 months to get to that weight. Roughly 50 dollars of feed, hay and supplies per goat over that time.

At the rate we’re expanding, even if the cost drops to 4 bucks a pound, by end of next year our net profit will top my wife’s annual salary. This year, our gross will cover everything plus reimburse all the expenses we’ve had since 2022.

Good morning everyone. Not much to report. Eye doctor annual check up and need to start taking the demon back apart.
