Stop in for a cup of coffee

too much stuff to deal with in one day so I understand. Nice exhaust system buddy.
Thank you, I am VERY happy with it and everything it took care of by installing them. Have a great evening, looks like Tom is on the hunt, he has been the best outdoor cat.

Not too bad Rich. someone tried to shut the hood and the left hinge didn't want to move and it cracked the metal bracing and bent the hood.

Nice to hear that you'll go after that. When I had my sons Firebird in for body/paint the guy wanted everything almost perfect from the get go. Had to get two hoods for it, first one was a fly up so not latched but I couldn't tell looking at it, maybe that one was legit complaint on his part. Second one I drove to Portland OR to get, had discussed that it had a screaming chicken decal on it with body guy. When he started working on it he was complaining about the decal saying it was "dented" into the hood and caused a lot of extra body work. Dunno, he did do a great job on the quarters, replaced them and painted black, very straight and shiny.

Sounds like a winner, assume you didn't lose torque, sounds better matched
No, no loss anywhere, just lost engine bay heat and not as loud in the care. I agree, a good match, you have a great evening as well my friend, hope tomorrow's and even better day for all of us

You been doing a great job on your car and I'd really like to see it someday. Center console turned out really nice.
It means a lot hearing this from members, remember, you all here bought this car for me 21 years ago. Now this late fall I will put quarter patch panels on , both sides, I have two perfect 4 door quarters, then paint, she will always be gold with a white top, it just works .

Perfect is great but that doesn't happen on old cars, and you do what you can to make it right. Bend, twist, weld and hammer the **** out of it till it fits.

I heard about it and was not here back then but I would have pitched in to get that car for you because it went to a good home:thumbsup:

I was all ove the place today, searching for trim rings. Helped a neighbour with a minor car problem, saw he had a tiller on his tractor, got him to grind up a part that was hard to mow.then levelled it with my tractor. Qualified a 94 gmc for collector car plates. Sorted out the
Trimmer, ran it until it was out of gas, and mowed for a few hours.
Looks like roasted nuts again tomorrow.

Yup, this one would only be 47 yo if a dumbass (without insurance) wouldn't have rear ended it. Glad my son and his friends weren't hurt

Yea more roasted than I like Frank. I think I'll open windows and garage door early in the morning and close everything up before it gets hot.

Morning!
Gonna be a hot one, 32 celcius today.
I hear the fires north of me arent slowing down much, and more starting.
Maybe try and hang air conditioner today. Level my gravel pile. Or not, as its going to be stinkin hot. I may try and finish knocking stump down. Its pretty high, and a friend is going to come and grind it for me.

Good Morning All! Haven't had a rougher morning than today in awhile, started by knocking a big mason jar full of Koolaid over when turning off the alarm clock followed by burning my toast setting off the smoke detector! I'm going back to bed now...

Days like that can only get better.

When stuff like that happens its a wake up call to reset!
