hot water tank is toast. Called plumber, he said go buy one. He came and swapped it out, so its done. Went from 60 to 40 galloons. He did it for free. Mainly because he didnt have to yoink the old sediment filled tank up the stairs. I think i have a plan. It will involve 3 people other than me

Its the amperage requirement.the buried line supply is to 100 amp panel. Im maxed out as is.
I agree, if i could have i would have.
On a well that's problematic because it'll build sediment quickly.. and the tankless really need a source of fire for rapid heating. Electric is slow
