Sweet place Dave.Main one buy the house is a 30x40. Will hold three cars if I tuck one next to the Barracuda. Best part is heat and Air conditioning plus a bathroom. Back shop is 36x36 that’s getting the lift and has 2 storage rooms and room for horses if we get back into them.

Tankless is the way to go. At least that’s my planhot water tank is toast. Called plumber, he said go buy one. He came and swapped it out, so its done. Went from 60 to 40 galloons. He did it for free. Mainly because he didnt have to yoink the old sediment filled tank up the stairs. I think i have a plan. It will involve 3 people other than me![]()
