The place in Huntingtown belongs to Courtney Assipitor aka C&L Automotive in Owings. He has been marking up Classic Cars for 30 years. Keeps many in storage by his Automotive Repair Shop....

Today I decided to plastic off a section of the shop to put the 63 in. Got tired of all the dust in such a large area and having to try and clean the shop all the time. cheapest plastic is auto body painting plastic at 55 bucks for 16 feet by 350-foot roll. Gorilla taped the top of the plastic and stapled it the celling and wrapped the bottom in plastic pipe to hold it down and now my exhaust fan can do a decent job of moving bondo dust and primer fumes outside.

No, His Automotive Business and house are on the same land. Has a very large shop building. He is on the right side of Rt2 north of off Rt4 if you are heading north on Rt2 about an 1/8 mile on the right. Can't see his house or Shop from Rt2...

I was just informed that Kenny Kier is retiring. He sold the business to a guy he knew well. Kenny's house is right around the corner from me in my Development....
It’s about time he’s being doing it since I was a teenager he first started working out of his driveway

Well, that didn't go as planned. Just got a blade off the lawn mower for sharpening and we had a downpour. I drove it in the garage after I got wet and I'll finish up there. I hear the roofers are back to work. Steep roof, they have to be using toeboards or harnesses.

Guess I've made a mistake, but you still have a nice house.
Neighbors house is nice too.
No worries Fred. I might as well take the lawn mower back to Downing and put it in the garage. No grass cutting tonight.
