Stop in for a cup of coffee

It looks great but it needs a set of Cragar's.

Eyes getting a little old, Mike?

I ask while viewing through my cheaters....

Yep. The last pair of glasses I got were very good as far as correction goes but the bifocals are a bit weak. Progressive lenses and arm length is an issue as well.

Next time you're due for glasses maybe ask them about "computer" or "workspace" lenses for when you're online. We have pretty good eye coverage here (one set of glasses/year), so I got a pair of "regular" progressive lenses before the end of last year, and then a pair of the "workspace" lenses in early January, and I have to tell you- I wish I would have done this years ago! It's hard to describe, but the computer/workspace lenses have a taller "focus height" (my term), and I don't have to tip my head up or down to make things come into focus. (And I don't get nearly as many headaches....)

Of course there's the expense, and the need to remember to change glasses when you're on/off the computer, but as someone who was really skeptical about this at first, I've come to be a Believer, and I can't recommend them enough.

Yessir. Went with actual progressive lenses. First prescription... really like properly fitted frames, super light. Went with all the extra coatings as well.

These Flexon frames area just about indestructible.

Hello everyone. Went for a walk and welded a little on the Charger. I have 2 cans of Steel It paint coming tomorrow. I was told it is best for Bonneville. There is enough stainless in the paint that it is weld able. No grinding needed. Can't wait to try it.

Post pictures when finished.
Good to hear you are starting to move around.

Heading 20 min. north tomorrow morning to Jeff's place. He's the guy I bought the Polara from. I will drop off a box of the interior moldings the previous owner of the Polara needs for his latest build. Jeff just sold his 57 Chevy today. You know the one, a pink and white car. I think I remember seeing it setting in the corner of the shop last time I was there. I think he has a wing car and a 69 Hemi Road Runner in there too. Both unrestored. I better grab some cash from the bank because I always come home with some parts I think I need or to resell. Ah, there's that 57 behind the wing car.
