Stop in for a cup of coffee

Post pictures when finished.
Good to hear you are starting to move around.
I have been playing a little with the roof rails and some bead rolled panels. The panels are just to help support the roof skin better. The panels will be rosette welded to the skin. Outer rails will be riveted. I also made up some patch panels for below the rear bumper. Rust repair.

Heading 20 min. north tomorrow morning to Jeff's place. He's the guy I bought the Polara from. I will drop off a box of the interior moldings the previous owner of the Polara needs for his latest build. Jeff just sold his 57 Chevy today. You know the one, a pink and white car. I think I remember seeing it setting in the corner of the shop last time I was there. I think he has a wing car and a 69 Hemi Road Runner in there too. Both unrestored. I better grab some cash from the bank because I always come home with some parts I think I need or to resell. Ah, there's that 57 behind the wing car.

Looking good Eric and glad to see you're getting around a bit better.

The blue Bee is for Mopar Joe. His B5 but no vinyl top. He did put the light blue hockey stripes on though. I bought the Rossi car and hauler for myself. I thought the hauler was cool.

Hello everyone. Went for a walk and welded a little on the Charger. I have 2 cans of Steel It paint coming tomorrow. I was told it is best for Bonneville. There is enough stainless in the paint that it is weld able. No grinding needed. Can't wait to try it.
That paint is in fact amazing, and you can weld right thru it but frankly I have always had better luck when I used it, and we used a lot of it, best results are still to grind it off and prep the metal. Just my .02 foot note we bought it by the gallon! Ain’t cheap is it?

Anyone old enough to remember the old Pepsi Jingle I'd like to teach the world to sing?

It's the real thing

from back in the day

It got stuck in my head while walking today.
I couldn't remember all the original lyrics so I improvised

I like to walk while my golf balls swing, in perfect harmony.
I like too hold and polish my putter in my hand to keep them company.
It's the real thing. It's an enjoyable time , in the back of my mind . What everyones hoping to find .It's the real thing.

The guy at the bar whose hair was spiked in the front and bleached. It looked like plastic. I don’t think it could have been any harder…where’s Karl ?!
Well at least something was. Filling in for karl.
