Hey....I have the same weather. A little warmer 48*
Chance of showers this afternoon. I hope I can get the lawn mowed before. No rain tomorrow. I might have to wait a day or two.
I hope my grass isn't going to grow anymore, I put my lawn mower away for the winter.
Sunny and warm here. About 92° each day. But, still have the rainy season, rains couple of times a day. All that will end in a couple of weeks and it will be sunny everyday
Our leaves are starting to drop. I have one Maple that drops them late and a Linden that drops stuff all year long.
The neighbor across the street planted Pin Oaks so We will deal with those next spring.

We went thru the Biltmore Estate as part of vacation one year. I bet there are enough places to hid they might not find you for awhile. Liked the "basement" and the mechanicals. Wonder how many spaces behind walls can be rented out?I was thinking along the same lines. Biltmore House and Gardens isn't far from me if I decide I'd like to see someone else's money. Ofcourse I would need my power scooter but I could claim I drove something while there.
Temp keeps jumping around from above and below freezing here.

We are ok here weatherwise until Thursday, they have the old "atmospheric river" in the forecast so rain and wind, hope I don't get called out

The weekend weather cooperated enough for the Air Fest to take place. I had some errands in town Saturday, on the way I was strafed by 2 P-38s and 1 P-51
