I started on Jodis art studio yesterday. When I poured the pad for the shop I accidentally over poured it! We will put all her pottery stuff in there, wheels, kilns etc.

Hey Fred, we are in packing mode, packing our 401k that is lol! Checked out overall North and South, South is cheaper and wife likes Meridian. Meridian is a bit crowded for me but we are going to start out renting so if it's too bad we'll be exploring from there, likely two years from now or so

so with this penny shortage going on and the end of the penny, I took a risk and purchased a whole box of uncirculated 2025 pennies directly from the US Treasury. maybe they'll be worth something some day, if not, I'm out 23 bucks
