More power! Actually the 6 volt doesn't turn it over very fast and I have killed 2 batteries from jump starting it. I don't want to buy battery number 3
Prob all gummed up and needs a cleaning/rebuild. Not cheap to do a conversion right.
I know the generator is not charging....or doesn't seem to be
I don't like the positive ground either
Might be the whole issue. I might have a VR for it. Pos ground is no biggie really.
My 29 is the same and it gets a bit confusing doing wiring on it. I forget the positive ground set up at times.
Does it have the Vacuum wipers also?
No they are electric. Just one wiper. But the vacumme advance has me baffled. The whole distributer moves

Some are set up that way. Usually pre 40's from what I have seen.

Dam you will prob have to have a dedicated 6v source for some things still. Motors, Gauges except amp.
Next Week....Excited.....
These guys have everything to do it. And when you tell them what you have and what you want to do they send a list of what you need plus directions.
