Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well I grew up skinny and glasses lots of fights a few broke bones and fat lips.
I was so skinny on the day of my confirmation at the alter hand rail . Something like 75 of us.
.they told us we had to take off our jackets.
You can pick me right out. The only guy with suspenders.
I had no hips to hold up a belt.
I didn't break 100lb till I was a teenager.
I think I weighed 110 lb at my graduation from high school. Hard as I tried I couldn't gain weight. I finally resorted to eating cans of tuna fish and starting to lift weights. I could probably eat anything. I want anytime and I would never be a fat person. It's just not in my genes. As far as fights go. I have as many scars as most of you all. Lost count on the amount of black eyes I've had.......

140 when I graduated high school. That was over a half century ago. I am at 250 now and could stand to loose at least 50. 180 would make my knees and hips feel better for sure.

At 14 I was 135, 16 140 to 150, lifting and carrying straight ladders 14 ft tall (me being 5.8) around apple and cherry trees from 11 to 15 I was a little bull dog, the law came after me in a strawberry field in Dover Florida, I went to Turkey Creek school , physical education teacher had us climbing a rope up to the ceiling or as far as one could go, well this little monkey climbed it to the top, came down in record time, I checked back with a friend that was going to the high school and he asked about it, nope never broke my record in those next two years, my very first proud achievement... went to that school 2 or 3 weeks and mom put me on a gray hound to Grand Rapids Michigan. Life was simple,

In a couple of weeks Lynda and I are going to get away on a cruise for 3 days in Ha Long Bay up near Hanoi, actually not far from Hai Phong harbor..

Agreed, but for me, not for you. I hover around 225-230 now, but 10-15 years ago when I was riding bikes (bicycles, not motorcycles) and weighed around 190-195, my knees and back felt MUCH better.

Damn hard to lose the pounds when you get older.

I have thought about that. Get some energy back.
I wouldn't recommend the injections. Then you're stuck with that perpetually.

I've tried several different brands. MarsMen and Nugenix stack seem to be the best ones.

I cycle on and off and rotate which

I also do a peptide spray
