Jodi and I walked a 80acre parcel yesterday we are looking at picking up. Turns out she is still scared of snakes! Hah! #he about stepped on one then went into launch mode! She wants to snag it then bust it up into 10 acre parcels and flip it. We will see.
No reason I can't get groceries in the 64 though. Or go to the bank. Or the pharmacy. I want to trim out some volunteer trees. I won't fill the trunk and drop it off at the yard waste site though.
I imagine that could be quite lucrative. Is it tillable? How much of the land around your area is row crop farmed? Just curious.

I'm grounded from 1-5 because that's when my wife's phone is supposed to be delivered, signature required. So, more organizing parts in garage, dug out engine parts for builder yesterday.
The hourly forecast says yes, the current conditions says no. Weather is like being a doctor, You get paid if you are right or not.
I like it, I should have ordered in then I'd really be looking for the brown truck lol!

Have a small Boulder to dump off out back. Two harvested deer carcass also. Pull trailer out a bit and get snowblower out of it. Just bow hunting now and nobody should be on property. I’m able to do as I please out now- finally
