That first pic looks like somethin out of the movie Ice Age just waiting to thaw out.
I agree, and it took me about a month to replace all the burnt wiring and clean it all back up, That very same storm that night an EMS van was hit and it was caught on a security video , proof that mother nature is not picky, over 7 thousand in damage to the van
