Stop in for a cup of coffee

There really is nothing I need right now, kind of stinks. A blast cabinet I have been throwing around, but can get away without it.

I was there a couple weeks ago and ended up buying a set of tool boxes. They were damaged and the drawers wouldn't close. They had it reduced drastically and I did some extra dealing and came home with a $500 dollar set for a little over $100. About 20 minutes with a body hammer and 2x4 and you can't tell. All the damage was in the back. I didn't need a set of tool boxes but the deal....wow...drew me right in!

I get 10 and 6 for local news. Altoona/Johnstown. I use an antenna and if I rotate it I get 8, 21 but haven't tried 43

I love the scratch and dent area, I have gotten some great deals. I really need to go through my boxes and clean them out and re organize. I have some tools I should put on e-bay like a k d brake tool for vega rear brakes, an 19/32 snap on wrench (no idea what it is for) and just get more organized, I have around 10 1/2" wrenches and can only find 1.

Ha...you should see my garage right now as I am trying to reorganize.

ello guvners

its eerily warm out but windy. There is a nasty snow storm in the surrounding area and its going to completely miss my area but dump some mega snow all around.

Spring is in the air, it even rained here already .....rain this early only means one thing....and that is that someone needs to shoot the groundhog already.

I was just wondering if you received the same stuff, I just checked my paypal and It seems some ssr relays I need will be here today so I can "upgrade" my homemade hops dryer today. If I do not do it before the season starts its hard to find time. I found out something interesting yesterday, I had a small 3 oz envelope to send to Canada, I was waiting for payment and I was at the PO and asked for a rate and it was 7.21, Received the payment and printed out the mailing label from PayPal and it was just under 4. Just an FYI.

yup that's what I did the whole last week on Jan. and so nice to work now with a clear workbench all tools put away and accounted for, and room to move without tripping over anything.

I put that up to dart the other day and he says they worship him up there, I have done my share down here. Rani Do you need a 1bbl fuel line pump to carb for the six? I have one I was Going to list.

I think I have it somewhere .....plus I may need to modify and upgrade because this six was supposed to run a Clifford 4bb. and header. Its the head is milled and block is decked and all that jazz, which is making me skeptical already of that timing chain....its brand new and already looks loose. I feel a 10 degree swing in that already

I think you are the one that got me started Rani! My problem is I think there are some tools out there in the snow somewhere because I can't find them!

I find mine when I cut the field! I need to put a mounted tool box on the tractor.

That what I have always used and never had problems. The cam and crank are in the block and if the cam bearing are wiped out I doubt you would get that much. How did the old one look or did you just do the pull and toss? .

Wal-Mart making life simple!

I hate to point fingers or imply anything offensive but seems like at my walmart stores here ....the only ones you see in the express line with a basket load and about 10 kids hangin off the basket are the visitors from next door to the south who don't usually speak English or if they do, they are putting on a pretty act. .......just sayin

so these new signs may prove to be quite helpful in directing traffic to the appropriate line.

I remember going to Vegas For an exercise at Nellis AFB and we got off shift around 0200 or so and needed a few things. There was a wally world right there and we went in, Wow I thought jerry Springer was holding court! My stepmother grew up in Venezuela and speaks Spanish and English like a native of both. I have seen this little old 2nd grade teacher put non English speakers in their place talking smack about others. Pretty funny.

my dad once told me a story.

A man walks into a western wear store and he resembled John wayne almost with a very cowboy look about him.

And he tells the salesman there "I want a hundred dollar Stetson hat" (100 dollars would have been big money then)

So the salesman goes to the back and comes back with a beautiful hat and says it costs 50 dollars on special.

The mans say "I want a hundred dollar Stetson hat"

So the salesman goes back and brings up another one...even more beautiful than the last and says it costs 70 dollars today.

The man says "Damn it!!! ....I want a hundred dollar Stetson hat"

So the salesman went to the back and changed the price tag and emerges with a 100 dollar Stetson hat and the man buys it and leaves happy.

To me, that is snap on. If you are looking for good tools then Craftsman can provide but if you want a hundred dollar wrench, your snap on dealer can accommodate you for sure :D

Morning everyone. Still waiting on some parts for the 47RH trans. Need the rear band. And I had to order the correct non lock up converter from a place in Cali. They say I'll have it by Friday. Gotta get this thing back together. It's holding up my shop.

Nice way of looking at it. Did you know New Holland sells the same tools for 1/2 price!
