Hey Mark, the second calendar is apparently headed to CA now...I guess it had enough of Washington state, LOL!

It's interesting to be able to track it like this. I clearly was mis-sorted and sent to WA instead of CA. Now it's worked it's way to the next distribution center to be rerouted to CA. I wonder if it's going on a truck or a plane next?

Yeah, you live close enough to me that they probably drove it down overnight!

Funny thing is that Mark had 2 calendars shipped to him at the same time. One arrived in just a few days but the second one got separated somewhere and went to WA instead of CA. Near as I an tell, they were separated in Philly and put on different airplanes. One to Sacramento CA and the other to Federal Way WA.

Go figure.

It's funny because I sent Hops a part at 3 in the afternoon and he had it the next am, but I can send mail to the next town over and it takes 3 days.

Funny that, the same thing happens here too. Send mail to DE and it gets there tomorrow. Send it 5 miles away to the water company and it takes 3 days to get there.

The USPS is kind of like the airlines, hub and spoke system. If it goes through the hub, it gets to the destination quickly. Send it to the next closest spoke and it takes 3 times as long.

Thats pretty funny! No worries though. I'd like to get on the wrong plane sometime just to see where I end up. Haven't been on an adventure in years!

The guy I did the polara image for came back a few weeks ago and asked if I could do another image for him. He saw some of the other stuff I did and wanted one of the more "cartoon" type images like the elephant Dart or Hoppy's Dart.

This is his car...

This is what I created for him...

I need a duplicate of that
.....that is the same year as my polara

I think we dodged a bullet up here - we got maybe 5" of fresh white garbage out of that storm - "they" were saying my particular area would get 6-12"!! Works for me! Crazy stuff.. less than an hour away - rain.
