Only the horn wiring that goes across the front radiator support... I found some spots where the insulation wore through to the wire and it shorted... Will put convoluted tube around that one... The rest I plan to leave just taped, or whatever the kid decides to do with it - it's his car...

Any one need hinge bushings got a bunch again. Wonder if there is a marked reconditioning them? Not hard to do at all.

door hinges? just curious, I got kits for mine and had to do a little extra clearance to go back together. Wondering if i got BS bushings. Not a whole lotta room for the bushing flange.
 

I was totally expecting a team of internal auditors to show up here this morning and go through our stuff with their fine toothed combs. 9:15AM and no show.. could be a good day to go screw around in the shop!!

Their MO is to show up first thing on a Tuesday AM. Get in the way all day Tuesday and Wednesday, do a wrap up Thursday AM and fly out. I figure if they ain't here by now, It'll be a few more weeks before they show up...

Probably on the Duster. Never had the doors off. They close OK, but there is some play. I assume that would tighten them up. Never did any...

I just hit them fast with a BFH to bend them a touch then drill them, works well. That flange does interfere for sure rather not take metal away from it. Wonder if I can find a bit to counter drill the flange just a bit.

yeah, not a whole lot of meat there. I buzzed them a touch with a clean up disk.
