LOL - wow - - how the hell is that even possible!!!?
well he wants to use cap locks to type the 2 minimum cap letters in his password, I think at times he forget to turn it off and ends up trying multiple times, thus locking himself out. He did it to his cell phone yesterday as well.

No wonder, Chris, your boss cried when you gave notice. If companies would pay based on employee's value.... Well I am sure it was time for you to move on anyway.
yeah, trust me, she knows she can't pay true value. Problem is our company is essentially a middle man/ supplier for the company were contracted with. That contracts pay rate hasn't been renegotiated since the mid 90s. Naturally it's all bout profits and paying the minimum they can. Hints why we are paid below state and way below federal averages. Now if we were to be working directly for that company, we'd fall under their salary rates which are slightly above average for federal averages. But the middle man : I.E. the company I'm leaving, gets to take their 60% cut of the paid rate first

You guys aren't gonna believe this. I went back to work today and the delivery girl got me a bag of Godiva chocolates with a $25 Sonny's BBQ gift card taped to it. Hmmm, that's enough to feed two people there.

Pretty much why I don't really trust tubular control arms on a street car. It's not just their stuff it happens to. There's a reason most manufactures stamped it or forge out of one piece.
Yes, welds aren't known to improve durability.
