My friend just sent me the link for him competing in a weight lifting contest today. He deadlifted 600 lbs, benched 325 lbs and did 610 lbs in the squat. Not bad for a nearly 50 yr old guy...

So they confirmed a tornado did side swipe us. And we got hit again yesterday, 5.25 inches of rain and 80 mph straight winds took down a 4 foot diameter popular tree in my yard, missed the house and dog fence but I gots lots of work to do. Started as soon as I got off duty today . Still annoyed it destroyed my brand new stainless grille. But at least nothing major.


In other news, I'm down 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Cut soda from the diet.

That was from yesterday morning. We keep getting hit in waves. We got maybe 1-1.5 inches in less than 30 minutes Friday and then 3 inches yesterday morning
