Well here's the answer already, according to the sheriff department website, high speed chase that ended with a suspect bailing from the car and into the wooded area along the river....... if i was the cops, as cold as it is, wait him out, he'll give up soon

Been boomin around here. Not sure what the law is now. Made a lot more stuff legal in PA - like just changed this week I believe. There is a fireworks place maybe 10 miles from here that is advertising in the last few days. PA residents used to only be able to buy little sparkler junk in there...

Lots going off here too. The dog is totally freaked out by it, sitting in the corner wimpering.
I wonder what his history is that is making him react this way? I'm suspicious someone was trying to make him a small game hunting dog in his past and failed.

Some dogs are just plain gun shy. My wife had an Australian cattle dog, thing would take on the world but as soon as he heard any type of super loud noise, he turned into a chicken ****

Our dog now doesn't react much unless it really gets loud. Other dogs we've had were basket cases after the first boom. Same with thunder...

I think ours is like 500 gram loads, 1500 with private license. Can shoot them any day between 11am and 11 pm, with a 1 am exception on July 4th, Memorial Day and New Years

We've dropped 4 degrees in less than an hr. Sitting at -1 now with a windchill approaching-10 as the wind is for sure picking up. Kind of surprised the choppers are in the air , gotta be concerned about icing on the rotors
Just got back from Star Wars. Great movie! (the recliners in the theater aren't bad either) Sipping on a Cedar Ridge Bourbon. Put some potatoes in the oven and we will have crab legs within the hour. -10° on the car thermometer.

Some animals cant handle it. Theres a coat for them that helps, for thunderstorms too.

We weren't home this year on the Fourth... Our neighbors did a bunch they got out-of-state. I think the neighbor across the street ratted on them. Cop showed up and made them shut it down at 11, but did not fine or anything. Be interesting to see the new rules.

Yeah, compression vest. We've got him wrapped tightly in a blanket and it seems to help.
