Don't know a few of our newer regulars, but here are a few that are not part of screen name...OMG !! confusion is a motha !!

Lol guess we are small potatoes. Where did/do you work?50 engines per day.... Amateur....![]()
Our assembly line built 2250 engines per day on two shifts....![]()
Just some neat info. There's very little reman content used at this point. With private labeling our own parts, and machining them in house, it cost us less money to use new stuff than to try and recondition in most cases. Like I said before, much of the GM lineup even uses our new blocks. On some of the seasoned block offerings, its pretty much a block, caps....and thats about it. Crazy what all comes into play with volume. Ex: Takes us less time to machine and assemble one of our new aluminum heads with new parts, than messing with a old iron core. when you factor casting price for both new aluminum, vs used iron, and then factor labor in...its not the huge cost difference you'd think. Especially when it jamms up production from more profitable things! And Johnny and his crew are re-building those. 50 at a time!![]()

High limit cards actually improve your credit score (as long as you keep the balance low like you would with a low limit card) because it shows that you have additional financial resources to get you through temporary financial emergencies.No. I refuse to get one with a limit that high.
Lol guess we are small potatoes. Where did/do you work?

no cores, and low sales...unfortunately.no big blocks![]()
I grew up in a UAW household my entire life...and we always drove chryslers... if you can put those two together.lolLet's say it was for one of the big three..

You're funny.lol So what would one charge for an engine that people give away for free?lol I think they are neat, but I'd get fired if i presented that with a straight face.lolHow bout slantys? Plenty of cores available!![]()
