I like the way cars look with full wheel covers or hub caps.

I was debating putting either the red circle hub cap or the deluxe wheel cover on my dart ....either one is correct for this car so I guess they can be like a change of shoes LOL

I am leaning towards the deluxe wheel cover.

Not this particular one.......my coronet had the same wheel cover but those are 14s as well

Are you working with a Plymouth or dodge??

74 dodge dart SE, they do not have to be for that year, just trying to keep the old mans car look.

Morning folks. Tough call Rani. It depends on what you want your car to look like. The red stripes are used a lot and make the car look tougher but the full wheel covers make it look like a classic. If it's a 4 door I like the look of the full covers. Put a hot engine under the hood and you have the ultimate sleeper.

I plan to put mine back together with caps, white walls, well trim etc as it was...
At the rate I'm going I'll probably be a grandpa by the time I get it on the road, so why not look the part. LOL.

I don't know where these guys are finding 4 doors ....when I was looking for one I never could find one because no one saved them in the old days. I think a 4 door is a pretty novel thing now which is one reason I saved my wagon.

The dart is a 2 door H/T and It was a slant six grandma car and I paid up the nose to convert it to bucket seats and I have all the stuff to make a GTS clone and I removed the grandma trim.

Problem is that once I made all the changes and paid an obscene amount for the GTS stuff .....now I just want my old grandma car back the way it was when I first got it and was having fun with it. I put a slant six back in it and it runs but its not on the street as of now. :???:

I finally got my shop comfortable and the rear disks done. I put the 15's on the back and it now looks like a 1970's slot car. It does have rear shackles and I can lower it one hole. HA!

Not mine, My neighbor is a mopar guy and has a shop that he works out of at his house. 5 lifts! That's his 68 Charger, 440 car, ratty but good body. He has a gtx on a rotisarie I need to take some pics of and the dodge on the lift is a customers 53. I think the paint is original on it.

light rain in Mo today and tomorrow before it moves north and east and makes SNOW!! we might get an inch of snow out of it. that would make 3 for the winter! LOL sorry I didn't mean to laugh??

I think it is funny in a way, bad for the n easters though. I have a lot of family and friends on Long Island (where i grew up) and the biggest problem right now is where to put the snow. Some towns are dumping it into the bays.
