Stop in for a cup of coffee

I hear that finding a good hopes for brewing home brew beer is the first step to getting it right, I keep threatening to brew my own but I have a couple friends that do it and have not took the plunge, I did not know you was a grower halifaxhops, I most likely forgot :coffee2:

I will say one thing I have met many interesting people growing these. I never know what will happen. I have had a rolls pull up and also a mini van full of hippy vegans. Never a bad experience though, How my wife puts up with me know idea.

Mike If you take the plunge I will send you some hops, I have about 12 varieties. Just send me some homebrew, boy do I have some stories on that!

I bet you do:D , My friends take road trips together to buy deferent verities :glasses7:

If I do I bet you can help with choices I should start with :glasses7:

Cascade, Hard to mess it up, gives the beer a little bit of a citrus taste. What's funny I do not home brew. My neighbor and I were going to start but when people started to stop by and wanted to trade home brew for hops why bother. Had some really good and some really bad stuff. I would try it with your friend and see if you are into it, it can get expensive fast.

Morning all. Interesting discussion about hops this morning Hoppy.

Morning all, should be a nice day today, calling for mid 50s. :coffee2:

'morning, all... Heading out with my daughter to look at an '07 charger for her, potentially... She was in a ad accident about 10 days ago and her '08 Avenger was totaled.Thankfully, she walked away with only minor injuries.

Just got back in had to scrape the driveway down, the cars are locked up with a layer of ice and snow on top!

Good morning! Not much going on around here. To rainy to do any thing outside. Or is it lack of ambition? Could be a little of both!

We have had such a mild winter that things are starting grow the daffodils are sticking up about 4" and the darn grass looks to be getting taller.

Can't say as I want to start mowing in February.

Good morning Mich, no sign of him yet :glasses7:
I am on my first cup and thinking it's now time to start my garden seed, I need to drive into town and see what our seed supply has so I can try a couple more new tomato plant's and cucumbers seeds they may have . Looks like I have a nice day heading this way today :glasses7: 55 and sunny with a lite wind :coffee2:

Mild here also, but the very dry, but looks like a cold shot is there on you know and it will be here Thursday and stay for a week or so #-o

It is slick here, first powdery snow, then heavy snow then rain then snow again. I am at altitude here and it gets really cold at night. The melt has nowhere to go since the ground is frozen. Took 6 tries to get my favorite car to the road yesterday we have a 30 degree incline at the top of the drive to the road. Need to get something to melt it all off, salt doesn't work to well because the water will refreeze at the bottom of it.

bad news from weather girl. big high ridge in w. U S. gonna get cold from ks east! LOL we might even get snow first of next week, cold for 7-10 days here, so I hate to think how bad it will continue out in the N E!??? sorry!
