Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good morning. Just imagining the feeling of living in a log cabin, or in a neat house out in the country on a hill. I never owned property. Tried to buy 5 acres in Costa Rica, till I realized it was next to a landfill and I was being scammed to boot!

I'm picking up a rent-a-car (Enterprise) zipping over to Covington GA to take my Dad and his wife to lunch. Dad doesn't like being cooped up in the nursing home, but the way they keep their house, no one can help them (we've tried for years) and it's not safe. So we'll just spend a few pleasant hours visiting and going to lunch. I'll be home tonight.
 
It's -8° here this morning. No wind though. Clear sky's so we will see the sun today. Ye haw!

Good morning Dave, I know and remember all that you went threw back then, you are a good son and I know your dad is looking forward to this day you are going to give him and his wife :glasses7:

Stay safe and enjoy the ride, I wish it could be in a Challenger but I know that would not be practical for this day, Yea I love it out here in the sticks and damned lucky (wisdom given to me) to buy when I did over 7 years ago, wow , time has flown by :glasses7:
 
I am going for 12000 and modified. I put the date in for may and it dropped to 195? I wonder why

I made the walk back I will post pictures in about an hour, memikie needs a hot chower :D
 
Just taking my morning restroom break over here on a chilly ohio morning! I'm going to have a busy day then I have to start packing the boxes to move into a house finally!

Well I made it back, the walk was not to bad :glasses7: She made it to work and my day is started, here is why I call myself the man on the hill :D

This place is in a neighborhood but it's small and it is in the town where I grew up. Only about a mile from my parents place where my dart stays too.
This will be the first time in 6 years that I will be able to stop by and work on my car at any time instead of planning a weekend for it!

I'll have a hour drive to work though until I can land a new job. I guess I got slot of changes going on in my life now but I couldn't be more excited.
 
Good Morning FABO!!!! Back from Arizona to a 22 degree morning and a monday work day. Great trip, Tucson, Grand Canyon Village and Scottsdale before flying home to Seattle. Today I will pay the price for my away frivolities and needed three cups to get me going. Good day to all--------:coffee2:
