Well something finally went right around here. The electric company sent a guy out here to look at the meter and it has been broken for over a month I used 5 KW! I asked him how the billing will go since it is broken and he said I will get charged just by what the meter shows. Low and behold I got the bill for last month and it was $30 and that is when it worked I guess!
