I pulled the trans in my other dart last night because I have no idea why the clutch fork keeps coming loose and then it wont engage and the pedal goes to floor :???:

the throwout bearing doesn't look very healthy but the pressure plate and disk seemed ok

It is a portable one but I hope to be able to hard plumb it so I can keep it in the car port area to save room. I am running out of space.

I have not worked on many manuals but me thinks it is your throw out bearing and clips giving you the problem.

Rani...Is there a difference in length between /6 and a small block? I didn't think there was a difference. I will need to put a bigger one in when I put the 383 in m tool truck I am sure.
