Ok my job here is done for the day, let me give her car a twice over before the ride. Have a Hoppy Day!

Hi Mike, You and I don't have jobs to go to in the morning...how ya been and how's Treva? Holidays coming up, I know she'll make them special.
I wish I had one, I sure miss having co-workers, after 45 years of helping, figuring out problems and jumping in my truck for a days work :glasses7: I find myself looking and wishing for something to do #-o .... but that is not going to happen.. All is fine and looking at a day with Treva today, she took today off  I seen frost on my Ramcharger this morning by the way :D

Morning folks, big storm blew through here last night. Still more to come from what the weatherman says. It's that time of year around here. lots of rain and wind.
Keeps thing green though so we'll ride it out.

It's true, coworkers are a pleasure, if only the same could be said about all the other b.s. at the workplace...still I'm grateful for the means to keep a roof over my head in a nice place! Yes I should remember that.

Stan, I hope you have some activities to keep you busy these next few weeks.

Hey halifaxhops and krazykuda, thanks for the transmission tips! :prayer: Good to know the converter will fill itself up. I've seen how they fill it up before mounting on youtube so that had me a little worried.

I just bought a meter of 10x1 mm steel pipe to make spacers out of so I can get my crank pulley mounted.

Just don't do a 80 MPH burnout with it! LOL

When you run it to start it make sure you have a yoke in it so the fluid does not come out the rear, and putting it through the gears it might come out so make sure it is in park.

Not a lot just yet, maybe put the k frame and suspension back in today. Blasted and painted it all a few days ago. How about you?

Cleaning out the shop and getting winter organized, way to much stuff in there, might have to push the dart out to use the tractor to get some stuff in the "loft" Have an old triumph terrier that needs to go up there. Do not see me working on it soon.

Hm. My drive shaft has a slip yoke. The outgoing shaft sticks out maybe 1/4" and has splines.

Isn't there an internal seal? It's a 727 in case they work differently.
