I am just wasting time until 9 when the shop opens to get an inspection.
A bunch of us from the neighborhood won a week long stay at a resort in Colorado. We convoy'd out in 3 mini vans and had a blast talking to each other on walkie talkies during the trip.
I was the Toolman, my wife was the Beancounter. Phil was the Undertaker, and his wife Pam was the Stitcher. Kelly was the Pusher.(he was a sales rep for a drug company) but I can't remember what his wife's handle was. 10-4

That's funny. I have one in the pop and can hear the truckers on I81, Sounds like it definitely defeats the new laser guns for speed. Some funny stuff that goes on with them. Better than the radio when I work on the car.

Morning Ex. The rail is basically u shaped with outward flanges on the top. I had a shop bend pieces with one flange in and one out. Welded them together to form the u shaped channel. They told me they couldn't do in one piece. Look up my thread Disturbed duster a few pics of what I did.
Ouch!
Ouch, I would look for a new piece, you have a lot to repair there around the spring mount. I dont know what is left untill you start cutting it out. There is a guy in the parts car section right now fully parting out a duster. Maybe he can cut out all you need? I am not a body guy any one else chime in?

The other way. The tabs go outward.

The top flanges bend outward and are flat, the floor lays down on top of it and is welded to the flanges. Pics are on the last page or 2.
