Stop in for a cup of coffee

I hate taking any kind of medication for any reason, especially pain pills .....the doc says "it won't make you drowsy" then I take it like an idiot and ten minutes later I am out for the count.

It has to be really really really bad for me to take anything anymore.

I'm right there with you. I had a tooth extracted 2 years ago and never even filled the Vicodin prescription they gave me.

Believe me, I hate being in pain...but I hate being an drooling zombie even more. With that stuff, sleep is useless too since it becomes some weird foggy fade out instead of the rejuvenating rest it's supposed to be.

Dulling it down with a little beer is good enough to let me sleep and then let nature do the rest to heal me.

I never get drunk, I just get to a comfortable cruising altitude...and stay there for a while until bedtime.

I may have a line on a running 360. It's in a jeep and will get pulled for a 4 cyl Cummins swap. I don't know what I'll do with it or where I'll put it in but you can never have too many.

I was wandering through my old Mopar photos after getting the computer back on line and I found the old Demon I had when I was in Art School (Rani got me thinking about it again).

Citron Yella 225 slant with black and white hounds tooth split bench interior. My 9 year older Sister bought it used when she graduated from Penn State and it became mine when I graduated High School.

It was a great car...I miss it.

Me too. I saved the vicodin from when I had a tooth pulled for when I had pinched nerves in my back...

They hurt more than the tooth... :banghead:

Good morning. A more normal snow today than the last round. Only half an inch here so far, but continuing through today and tonight. We could get about 6 in till done.

last Friday. Believe it or not I need a blood test they offered Friday but I would have been waiting around for four hours so I rescheduled.
