Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good evening. I got a sub at Jimmy Johns. Was supposed to be going somewhere shortly, but might have to bag it. We are under tornado watch. Doubt that will actually happen, but its really windy, dumping rain and some serious thunder crackin out there.

I love Jimmy Johns too! LOL I dont eat out much anymore since I started my new job last July. The old job it was nice to leave the Prison for my lunch break to get away. Now Im saving cash only eating out on payday for lunch..

pizza hut is great but more expensive .....and everything is for multiple people.

when I get a pizza I have leftovers the next day because I am one person on one pizza. :???:

They arent bad, but I will almost always choose the little local pizza shop over 'the Hut'. I used to really like them, but now I think for big chains I prefer Papa Johns.

you are 100% on the $$ - rockers are actually very different than hippies - - think the difference between VanHalen and The Grateful Dead. Long hair? yea.. but a totally different vibe. I am an 80's rocker baby.. Van Halen was my go to but there was Sabbath, Zep, BOC, Ted Nugent, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Aerosmith and on and on.. we were rowdy not mellow . yea, no VeeDubs - Chevelles, 442's, GTX's - as a local radio station recently called it - "the generation that kicked ***"... and we did!
I thought rockers were different than hippies

My adoptive parents were class of 73 and 4 and they were not really hippies and always say the hippies were slightly before them and had a much different style and more into the VW buses and smoking weed.

The rockers like my parents were a bit past all that hippie stuff and more into the black Sabbath and muscle cars and had a more forward style that reflected into the 70s and faded out of the 60s scene.

I don't know but that is what I gather from what I see.....maybe I am wrong in that assumption.

Got the Gaurgantuan no mayo, add hot peppers. Saved about 1/3 of it for lunch tomorrow. This way I can still have the foods I like and do the fat camp thing.

She's better looking than you... :glasses7:

Nice f-body... I like the color...

Oh yeah, she looked waaay better than me. She was also 4'10" tall and weighed 95lbs back then. I think she only liked me because I was a football player and drove a cool car.

LOL!

We are more even ground these days these days though, she's not 95 lbs any more. ;)

Hard to believe we've been married for 30 years now. At least my daughter got my wife's looks...

what the.... :sign5:

LOL! It's a lunch bag that my Director of Technical Development uses every day when she brings her lunch to work. I saw it and said, "That's not a lunch bag, it's a hat!" and stuck it on my head. She grabbed her camera and took a pic. :)

Talking about food makes me hungry. I stopped at a local sub shop for a foot long to share with the family.Sub City doesn't mess around.
