Stop in for a cup of coffee

I went with some 4 ft lengths I purchased a O'Riley's, and some fittings. turned out nice. I liked the fact I was starting with straight lengths. EZR IMO to bend a curve then to straighten out one.

The coiled lines seem much easier to bend into shape then the straight sections.

Also I like the sections better because you can build in, sections! Both ends have a fitting already, all you need is connectors and the flaring tool. You will have the Double flared fittings on the lines. Just cut, put on existing fitting, flare and bend.

The more connections that you have, the more potential leak paths there can be...

It's best to try to get it all in one long tube if possible to cut down on the potential leak paths...

I've used kits from fine-lines and they were pretty good...

I actually just got a roll of Teflon coated. Used a few feet of it on the truck. Really easy to bend. Always nice to have a roll of it around and the fittings.

This is funny about the Gauge cluster I made.

I couldn't quite make them out in the picture Hop's . What are they , your standard Temp , Amp , and oil ?

Hops, barley, yeast, worth temp, and pressure!

While pulling out the partS for the cuda I found my old sun super tach. I bet that would look cool in the pop mobil.

I'd be good with that. Where do I sign up?

If only I knew... I'd hook you up with the details...I'm good enough at math to realize I'm probably not gonna win the lottery.. But I still throw in my dollar 2X a week, just so I can dream about the stuff I'd do...

Heck, My dumbass has an annual subscription to the Lottery. That way I can't forget to play each week !!

Jeez, that reminds me...I found some old lottery tickets in the move I need to check. Some go back to June of last year. I might be a winner and not even know it. :D

If your luck is anything like mine with gambling. when your ship comes in it will sink at the dock.

dang, you chatty cathies have done a number in here. I think I have to go back and read and catch up like 20 pages.

quick question:

which one looks better......a 75 duster or a 75 dart sport.

I have a duster but today a local friend gave me a complete dart sport front end for FREE!!!!

He is making a race car out of his dart sport and is going with a fiberglass one piece front so he gave me the fenders, hood, header panel and grille And also the very heavy front bumper.

Those bumpers are so heavy that you fart when you try to pick them up......really though, I never realized how heavy they are.

I can swap out the front end without spending any money at all so I might do that if I can decide duster or dart sport

I am tempted to go dart sport just because I have never had one........but I have had a bunch of dusters in my time.

which one do you guys like better??

Rani, I like the Dart Sport better myself. Not sure why, just the grille and hood I guess.
