Stop in for a cup of coffee

You guys won't believe this. I have been putting Christmas decorations out. (again) My in laws are spending the weekend here along with other in-laws and my mother and father in law. Half are from Chicago and half from Sioux City and we are right in the middle. The Chicago family didn't get a chance to come to the parents for Christmas so we are having a belated Christmas here. LOL Wish me luck!

cool!!!

10 more days but you must be doing better.

Oh yeah, it's better. But I was hoping he'd look at it and say 2-3 more days. 10 days just makes me nervous that it isn't as far along as I thought it was. I guess I just have to take it easy for a while longer and let the stuff work.

Of course it didn't help my mood any that there was a guy in the Doc's office who was getting a follow up after just recently having his leg amputated below the knee.

I have no idea of his circumstance for having it done, but it really sent a chill up my spine when I saw him there with his wife. :(

I've been a little depressed about it all day, so I did this image tonight to try to take my mind off of it...

Definitely the top one for me. I like the way the hood leans over the lights a little.

I guess that's the Dart since it's a Dodge ad.

/noob

dang, you chatty cathies have done a number in here. I think I have to go back and read and catch up like 20 pages.

quick question:

which one looks better......a 75 duster or a 75 dart sport.

I have a duster but today a local friend gave me a complete dart sport front end for FREE!!!!

He is making a race car out of his dart sport and is going with a fiberglass one piece front so he gave me the fenders, hood, header panel and grille And also the very heavy front bumper.

Those bumpers are so heavy that you fart when you try to pick them up......really though, I never realized how heavy they are.

I can swap out the front end without spending any money at all so I might do that if I can decide duster or dart sport

I am tempted to go dart sport just because I have never had one........but I have had a bunch of dusters in my time.

which one do you guys like better??

yes we do !!!

just most of the time it's the silent but deadly ones that you can blame on the fat guy and no one believes him when he says it wasn't him :cheers:

No, no , no, you blame the dog because he can't talk to deny it... :fart:

lucky you on the calm breeze ....here it's been 45-50 MPH wind gusts all day.

I had a set of four dodge deluxe wheel covers on the patio and now three of them are blown into the lawn.

Dang I hate wind.

If it weren't so windy, I would be out hauling a dart sport front end home but I am NOT going out in this wind and have my hair blowing all over......that puts me in a bad mood when my hair is all over. :protest::protest::protest:

Just put on a baseball hat and get to it... :-"

Hey, that's a great idea... :idea1:

Put the Christmas decorations out at random times to keep the neighbors wondering.... #-o

Hello, I just caught up on what I missed since my last visit...

How are you Anders?

I'm great! You?

I scored a Mopar Performance air cleaner here in Sweden a few days ago - should arrive in the mail today - and a set of matching valve covers on here yesterday. Should ship to VA later today I hope.

I banged my knee on Tuesday, it was very tender yesterday morning, but feeling better now...

I just realized that it's garbage day. I have to get up early to get it out...

We had snow two days ago, most of it melted yesterday except for shady areas. Not we got another dusting...

It's supposed to get up in the 50's and 60's next Tue and Wed....

It will be nice to have the warmer weather to work in the garage..

Yeah, banging knees into stuff sure hurts like hell. Hope it gets better soon.

Couldn't agree more on the warmer weather. It will be a welcome change. In our country the darkness is the real motivation killer in the winter. Pitch dark until 8 am and then pitch dark again at 4 pm.

We're far enough south to at least get some daylight even in December and January.

howdy Anders - that sounds like here, we are finally getting into some better light now though - sun is up by 6am and just setting around 6pm.. but those really short days are miserable -still dark at 7:30 anyway and already dark by 4-4:30... hate it

Scrolling down, I thought it was another pic of your knee... So, what IS in the background?
