Stop in for a cup of coffee

Did you weigh in yesterday? I didn't get it... #-o

I did...I think it was 243. I have been sick and lost all of this weight. If I can just keep it off. I went in to the walk in center last Sunday and they almost admitted me. But I am feeling a lot better today.

Hey Keith...I am coming down you way tomorrow. 2 Buddies got me a ticket to the Harley factory for my Birthday. So the 3 of us are going.

he was up in the middle of the night like me.... :banghead:

No, it was near 7 am 'today time'
I actually woke up at 5:30 (4:30). Which is my alarm normally goes off for work. Even on weekdays, I frequently wake up a few minutes before my alarm. Funny how the brain knows what time it is. So I am sure it will take a few days for me to do the new 3:30 wake up. Probably good I did not do a normal Sunday sleep in. Should make tomorrow a little easier.

Yeah,. sometimes you can loose it easy when you get sick. :D

Then gain it back when you get better... #-o

But it's nice when you can keep it off...

Are you doing ok down there Memike. This weather in the world is getting nuts

Doing fine thank you, yes :glasses7: Mother nature can sure be cranky it seems, but I have to give her a big thanks for the winter we did not get this year

I thought I was in pretty bad shape but my sis-in-law and I went for a walk in the hospital last night. Around the halls for 10 or 15 min and then down 7 flights of stairs then up 7 flights. I was a bit out of breath at the top but not as bad as I expected. Of course If I was to have a heart attack, what a better place than the hospital. LOL

I keep looking around and it is not hard to find alot of people in bad shape. I feel so fortunate. And I am not sure I could walk 7 flights but you are right...if you are going to have a heart attack that is the place. How are things going there otherwise?

No change which is getting kinda scary. Kenny was supposed to wake up yesterday from his sedation. He is responsive off and on, tickle his feet and he moves them. He will shake his head a bit and flutter his eyes. I hope the "awake" part of his brain wasn't damaged from the cancer.

Everyone have a gem of a day  and remember to lock the door on your way out :glasses7:

Wait !! I forgot this coffee shop is open 24/7 :D

the brain is an amazing thing.. it'll protect itself during traumatic times - the body will respond but the mind will stay "asleep"
