Stop in for a cup of coffee

Mornin', folks!

Just downed lunch in the grumpy company of two older kids and the joyful company of one radiant 4yo. Plus wife who - like me - managed to balance it pretty well.

Back to the sauna. Prepping walls for wall paper in the baking oven hot living room. Five very large windows facing south, bright blue skies and zero drapes or shades.

I have parts coming today, all new and ready to bolt on front disk brakes, spindles out.

Whats on every ones plate today? I think it is a good day to clean the shop out and do the power booster.

Fixin food early today, so I can git out to the Shop. A fairly new member Rich006 is coming here at 9am to blast some wheels in my Blast Cabinet. He was having trouble with someone else's equipment. He posted a thread about it and thats how we met. He's 20 mins away from me in Annapolis. Aint FABO GREAT !!

Finally got the brake parts for the Poncho yesterday. No way he gets this back by next Sat to road race. I gotta cut and fab brackets and supports and weld and such. I'll be on it , but I don'tr thing theres any way I can meet that deadline.

Ray, looks like the two hops plants that grew last year are coming back. They did not get very big last year. Should I expect them to grow a little bigger or will they really grow 2nd year? I just let them climb a 3 ft stick last year, although the one got about 6 ft. The other was a later start and only got a couple ft long. Just wondering if I will need to support them soon.

You will have to start supporting them around 9". Can you run some sort of sisal line up somehow? Mine are 16' and they still want to go more. Yes second year should take off.

I never saw one thought he was getting a flashback when he told me about it. I could see it in a vw hippie van though.......
