Stop in for a cup of coffee

It's been one of those tough days for me...

My cold is worse, I have been getting the chills, fever, congestion... I think death would be a relief sometimes...

I'm feeling slightly better now, than before. (the chills have gone for now...)

the gas company replaced my meter today, then the electric company came to prep for the new pole to replace the one in my back yard that 's leaning...

The first truck showed up at 10 AM and they didn't start working until after 12:30... I wish that I could get paid for 4 hours to do a 15 minute job... They just needed to clear some small trees next to the garage to get their equipment in to install the new pole...

Two weeks ago after the storm, the trucks showed up on my street at 3 AM and sat until 7 AM or later, then finished by 9:30 AM... They get paid to do alot of sitting...

All that waste is being passed along to us in our electricity rates, you would think that they should get better coordination and a supervisor to make sure things go right...

Hope you get feeling better. Those chills are usually Influenza. I had that a few weeks ago.

Chills=fever. See a Doc if you need to. There are a lot of bugs running around this time of year that are bacterial rather than virus and you don't want to let those go unchecked.

Trust me, after 25 days of heavy duty antibiotics for my leg, bacteria needs to be caught early and destroyed!

BTW, here is what it looks like after 25 days of antibiotics with 5 more to go...better, but not great. :(

moderators can't be the winners for specific numbered post contests.......I don't believe it is fair because memike hits it every time and I would bet you mods have a way to manipulate it.

So no, sorry kitty, mods can't win .....read the fine print contest rules LOL

We can't do that, I just got lucky, another thing I do is open two links and post that way, but like Mike 1 said we can not manipulate it sweethart :glasses7:

You can delete a few posts until yours gets to the desired spot... :evil3:

But all the moderators could see it, we have a few here don't yea know :D

Which page? I thought the view was manipulated by user selection of posts per page?
nope, I guess each page only loads so many, and when a picture is thrown in it changes Ddaddy :glasses7:

Of course you Mod guys do realize we are just poking you. We know you just do what you do and there is no special magic in it.

We are just having a bit of fun pretending there is a larger force at work and you guys are keeping it secret...like the Luminati...

BTW ...big thanks to Mr. ScampMike ...M3

when I asked about U-bolts last week ...he posted the link to partsmix.

I had never heard of partsmix before and I wasn't sure what they were all about so I did a small order and they shipped it ultra fast.

I like that they have different listings for crossmember bolts because they changed over the years and they have the correct ones for early 60s to late 70s.

I got the correct ones for the duster to pass the bolt audit....and some other small items

best of all, the ad claims they are made in USA so I don't have to risk Toyota contamination on my beautiful car. :thebirdm:

The bolt master is pleased and they will be hearing from her again ...so thanks M3 for posting their link. :thumblef:
