Hey Mitch.. One of our customer's secretary has a first name starts with N and her last name starts with a P. I smile every time I see her initials on a delivery ticket!!!

Home early. Not much going on and tired of the heat. Stopped at a hot dog stand a block away Chicago dogs aren't bad for $4.00.

not to change the subject

but has anyone ever thought about how the roles in your life change?

my grandfather was the king of breakfast, people would literally stop by and ask him to come cook breakfast for thier events. Pancakes like no one else makes, bacon perfectly fried, gravy to die for.

Now that i have kids, it seems to have fallen to me. I apparently learned something from him, my wife is having a family sleep over with our nieces and nephews and guess who gets to make breakfast.

I will be right over for breakfast and be one of kids in the crowd...the breakfast sounds awesome.

A guy who helps takes care of his kids is awesome too.

211.4 this morning (-.4) Was afraid I might go up this week. Food sure tastes good off the grill:D
Speaking of fat kids...that was the last time I posted a weigh in. I was down to 210 last Thursday. Then I guess I enjoyed my 4 day weekend a bit too much :D I was up a few lbs when I looked Tues. But.. as of this evening I rang up a 210.2 My first gain in months, but could have been worse. I'm calling that my 'official' weigh in for the week.

so weird - we were talking about lifes track today at work - - one of the guys said he wished he had realized that his 20's and 30's were going to be the best days of his life and had paid more attention and savored the memories.. I was saying that I think "we" live life thinking, and hoping, that tomorrow will be better than today and that that is what keeps us going, so I expect that I still have better days ahead of me. It's interesting how different perspectives and current situations can really affect ones outlook on the past and the future...

I'm the breakfast cook here. And can do pretty much any other meal too.
