When you come to PA to visit, you should meet my pal Ann. She has a huge RR set up in her basement.
his looks like this but he ordered his from some company in Germany and it was EXPENSIVE has sounds, opening doors, wireless controlled couplers.People who get into brass, really get into the money.
I will never get that involved. I am more into the plastic cheap stuff that was around when I was a kid in the early 2000s
my great grand dad worked on the B&O...... man did that cause fights during monopoly games, still does even to this day.I was into them when I was younger as my dad worked on them his whole life, PRR, Conrail, and as an old man Amtrack. I have one of his old PRR gas lanterns sits here as a decoration. My bro ended up with the trains sets![]()

hmmm looks identical to the polara though. what's the difference? badges?@halifaxhops That car you are looking at is a '65 Dodge Custom 880. The high body side molding and dash give it away. The emblem on the glove box is for the Custom 880.
I have my Dad's old O-gauge Lionel Jr 1681 set that his father bought for him the year he was born...1936.
Here's the engine...

The Monaco, 880 and Polara were of the same line that year. The main differences were in trim and options. Tail panel, side molding, badging and rear bumpers were among the differences.hmmm looks identical to the polara though. what's the difference? badges?
