Duster De-ruster
Hadn't thought to do it that way..Yeah, pile it up and pour glue over it...all together as one!
It's done. Ran a load through it. All good.

Very nice! So I guess you can consider that you paid yourself $460 in labor for the time you spent to get a 'like new' washer.I figure if I can bring a 40+ yr old car back to life, why not a 10yr old washer? LOL
If I had to pay someone to do it, It would have been way more than a new machine. Took a bunch of time and $240 in parts, but it was pretty much a complete rebuild. New machine like it would have been 700. I figure it will be around for another 10 years now.![]()
Ugh! It's 19° outside now and only 60° in the garage with the 1500w heater going all day. Next year I need to find something better to make it warmer. I'm looking at a way to branch off the main house HVAC system so that I can have both heat and AC in any season. There is a vent just inside the door into the house that I may be able to tap through the wall into the garage. I just need to be able to isolate it in a way that meets the fire code of keeping the garage separate. I don't want to have to put in a fully dedicated garage system if I don't have to.
It's my 'cave' to escape the house and have some 'me' time in the evenings and on weekends and I'd like it to be a bit more comfortable to spend time in.
LOL! I almost dug out my propane lantern tonight and a bunch of candles to warm it up out there....then I decided it wasn't a good idea.

Well...Hello There Miss Rani !!
I am indeed. I just got a Gopro Camera yesterday, to take with me to VN. So I've been spending some time foolin with it...Hi hello, hope you are having a jolly morning ....I am![]()
Dang, did they very even between models?almost every year and every A-body sub model is different that I know of
like a 68 dart and a 68 barracuda are different ....depends what dash it has.
into the 70s more models shared more parts per year. Like in 72 the wiring would be the same for scamp, dart and demon. But the 72 harness would be different than 73 ...as an example
Yeah..LOL.. NOT....Just ask Hoppy...hey rani, question for you, Did the A bodies all use the same wiring harness or was there differences?

Here's the situtation I'm in. I sold a wiring harness to a guy 18, 18 MONTHS AGO, he calls me at 1:35 AM this morning, telling me the wiring harness is wrong and doesnt have what he needs in it. The car it came from is a 74 swinger, 2 dr, non - ac hardtop. His car is a 74 swinger 2 dr non ac hard top car..... I sold him the entire harness, engine, dash, complete from headlights to taillights. Why he waited 18 months to tell me and then call me at that hour is beyond me. But I'm at a loss as to what to tell him.
He's saying the alternator harness is differentyea, I think non a/c to a/c will make a difference
catch you all later
