The diesel excise tax will go up 20 cents a gallon and the diesel sales tax will see a 5.75 percent increase.

are you pouring over plastic or direct on ground? A wet surface won't hurt as long as not sloppy and no standing water. On ground, a damp surface is actually good so it doesn't suck the water out of the mix before it cures.

I have hired a crew to get this dun, they poured my floor here on the hill for my little cottage , memike ain't about to jump on a a full blown pour They know what they are doing so I am letting them make the call

A little over 65% of the price is tax. So the price right now for diesel is about 14 sek/liter wich corresponds to $6.35 per gal and roughly $4.10 is tax.
