Miserable. But thanks for asking. It seems like it may be beginning to loosen up a little.

Near as I can figure, I injured it a few days before you got here and moving all the parts around plus getting ready for the party aggravated further.

Maybe it was lifting 10 cases of beer in and out of my trunk that did it in the first place...LOL!

My wife bought me a 'Thera-cane' to use to help my back. It's designed so you can reach the parts on your back where the muscles are tight and use the ball bits to massage and apply trigger point pressure to stop the muscle spasms. Feels like it's doing something anyway...
