Crossbow makes very little noise.... just saying
It was legal back in Cincinnati to use a crossbow on your own property during hunting season. I wish they would allow that here.

Problem here is if anyone sees me take down a deer, it's deep sh*t and massive fines. I'd probably also wind up on the local news for killing "Bambi's Dad".

While just a few miles away in the city people will shoot each other and not make the news...

One time many years ago....my dad laid in the fence row in the fields just outside of town. Walmart is there now. Someone came along spotlighting...When they put the light on a big buck Dad shot it. The car tore off afraid they would get in trouble. When it all calmed down Dad went over drug the deer to the car and came home. He always had these little ingenious ways of creating mischief. He has been dead since 2003 but I still hear people talk of his escapades!

Another time we had 8 Herford steer's get loose. We tried everything t round them up and Hunting season was coming. They were running in the woods and we just couldn't catch them. SO we parked a load of Hay in the field again just outside of town. Somehow he came up with a dart gun. So 8 nights in a row they came out and we got one a night (there were a few that they did not come out) He shot them with the dart gun and this is a true story. He tied a rope around their horns and DRUG THEM HOME with the tractor. It was funny looking seeing steers with no hair on one side! He would have been in big trouble if he tried that today

We have one of them. He has a life sentence and is from somewhere in York Co. He has been the at least 15 years. When they caught him he had his girlfriend hanging in the garage field dressed. And was getting ready to skin her out.

Well, if it were a nuke test...at 7.2 magnitude, it would be an H bomb.

Iran hasn't even detonated an A bomb yet. It is impossible to make an H bomb without making an A bomb first. You need an A bomb to set off an H bomb.

Since Iran sits on many major fault lines and is prone to near-daily quakes, I think it's safe to say this was a naturally occurring earthquake. In 2003, a magnitude 6.6 earthquake flattened the historic city of Bam, killing 26,000 people.

Yeah. But it still feels empty. Like a failure. Like you've let people down. And it's something I'll live with forever
Bullspit. The honor you've earned is from serving for a purpose far higher than your personal feelings. Every war in history was fought by all members of the military, whether on the front lines or in support. Each and every member of the armed forces that worked in those fights, or in between them, are entitled to the same honor and respect that every other one is.

You stand trained and ready, and THAT is the purpose of your service. Going into battle is not the reward for the military...it's the last resort. The honor is to serve.
