That's a early Oscilloscope! CRT's were brand new then. Early 50's?

I found out something new this morning looking around for another 1/8" punch, they make special "roll pin" punches, never knew that.
Must have for forklift work. Got my Snap On set like 30 years ago. McMaster has good ones, I believe the brand is Martin
