Well,miami is 74 degrees. I’m relieved. In celcius thats 23. Here in manitoba its -27 celcius. So in celcius water freezes at 0 degrees and boils at 100.

Good morning, Happy 2018! Made it through another NYE shift, it was 2 before we got everything polished and cleaned up. The party of 12 a-hole people who the mgmt. swore would not get a table, pestered them till they caved in, much to their regret and the poor server girl that got them. I had some picky a-holes too but they came in fours and didn't get out of hand. And I had some really nice folks. The kitchen actually did a really good job...in the past they have screwed up so bad that thousands of dollars had to be "comped." Well my Epsom salt foot-soak is finished and I'll be sticking around home today, very cold here too...

We're sitting at 0 right now according to the trucks digital read out. Phone says -1 so I'm gonna go with the truck, it's warmer lol. Took me 45 minutes to fire this Cummins up this morning, wife kicked me out of the house, says the cabin fever has set in when I'm organizing her cooking utensils based on alphabetical order...... so now I'm at the farm, in a 40x80 freezer...... goal this year is to insulate this thing or build my own hmmmm
