Well had a slight break thru finally in the polara.... been fighting the last lug nut... assuming that it was left hand threads like the other 4, well I happened to hit it counterclockwise with my new impact and it busted it loose...... 
so at some point, someone replaced the stud with a right hand stud but left the other 4 left hand
