I saw that before a few? days ago. It might be funny to some but offensive to others. It just takes one to report it. If I see stuff like that I usually delete it and call the offender out. I myself have posted offensive stuff that the boss man has deleted and yes, I got told about it.

Maybe, but there are lots of people who view this thread regularly without participating. You never know who is viewing and I can imagine someone finding it to be inappropriate and reporting it.
