Blinker fluid...
Or is it anti-blinker fluid?
Forgot about this one.
Pure water is an insulator and does not conduct electricity. Therefore, that is “anti-blinker fluid!
ouch!Sliced up some meat for jerky. Took the slicer apart and reached in the sink for a washer that fell in the soap suds. I nicked my finger on the blade. It wouldn't stop bleeding so off to Urgent Care. 4 stitches and a tetnus shot later. Lol it will be damn good jerky! View attachment 1715238043
It was just deep enough that it wouldn't stop bleeding. The whiskey blood thinner didn't help. "Are you on blood thinners"? No, Black Velvet! LolHad a slicer get me one time too.
They arent forgiving...

My mother had that happen to her about 15 years ago. The glass shattered and sent big shards deep into her wrist. She was a nurse so she knew what to do, but she couldn’t get the bleeding to stop.I remember washing a glass. Didnt notice it was cracked, it came apart while i was scrubbing the inside. I got lucky. I figured id was game over.
Don't throw a hair dryer in the tub with you. Water will conduct electricity.Water will conduct electricity if you put some salt in it...

No, water won’t. It’s the electrolytes dissolved in water that do.Don't throw a hair dryer in the tub with you. Water will conduct electricity.

So how do you get "pure water "? Even filtering and boiling doesn't eliminate all the crap in waterNo, water won’t. It’s the electrolytes dissolved in water that do.
We used to spray pure deinonized water into electrical sockets back at DuPont to teach the new Ph.D.s that they didn’t really know what they thought they did.
Water does NOT conduct electricity. Impurities dissolved in it do.
You have to deionize it or distill it. You can buy pure distilled water at the grocery store. They sell it for people to put into their clothes irons and not leave any residue on the fabric. So how do you get "pure water "? Even filtering and boiling doesn't eliminate all the crap in water
Which is why a TDS meter works...No, water won’t. It’s the electrolytes dissolved in water that do.
