Stop in for a cup of coffee

-
Yeah, but I’m a Saint, an SOB, and butt *** ugly...so no matter who they are talking about...it’s still always me.

Pride is where you find it!
I remember when you joined fabo and the coffee crew.

The coffee house sure has changed a lot. I never go far because there is always something going on.

Your images are enough to keep anyone coming back to be mesmerized.

I don't like the wheels but the red accent in the trim on black looks great

The red accent looks even better on a white car...

This afternoon i was working on my shrinker/stretcher stand and foot pedals. King of cobble....
Dunno TJ. That's pretty fine craftsman type stuff there.
Kindof the direct opposite of dent puller and lots of filler - you know fiberglass, gorilla hair, old newspapers, playdoe stolen from the kids...

Would you believe I'm back on-line now to see if anyone sells "two-person" saws?

like new or antique?
Anything. Copy editor asked if I wanted to change every place I wrote "two-man saw" to "two-person saw."
So to be safe I wanted to do a quick check. Just what I thought. Nobody calls 'em that, even now.

Couldnt get the shape i was after, pounded it flat, checked against template and tried again. Much closer 2nd time around. Even the cheap shrinker works.

You're getting there!
A bit of science and a bit of art.
Not easy - at least to start.
You wont catch me doing sheet metal work on something I care about how it looks!

I just want it to hold paint for more than a month. As im (re) working on right wheel opening i see rocker has filler with bubbles..so off it comes too.

There's lots of places to get 'em new and old.
What I call a bucksaw is usually a framed saw - A firewood saw like a bow saw but with a tension rod or cord.

The Crosscut Saw Company carries a pretty good variety. Especially for trail work, green wood, and competition.
For what I was doing, we needed plain tooth saws. A little harder to find but the Garlic Bros in UK makes them, and so does a German company.
A lot of the usual suspects have been offering them the past few years: Lehman, Woodcraft, Highland Woodworking etc

Sounds good. The aluminized body filler seems to work well in limiting the moisture. Costs more, and harder to get nice finish with it, but I can accept that!

Evercoat metal 2 metal is the one I've used.
